Clinical And Experimental Study Of Huatuo External Applyment Anesthetics Shen Prescription Jiajian Prescription In Treating Chronic Eczema

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Huatuo external applyment anesthetics Shen prescription Jiajian prescription in treating the patient with chronic eczema, by recording the change of the itching grade, the symptom of sick skin, and explore the drug efficacy and therapeutic mechanism in mice eczematous.Methods:Clinical study:80 patients with chronic eczema were divided randomly into the test group treated with Huatuo external applyment anesthetics Shen prescription Jiajian prescription and the control group treated with hydrocortisone. Both groups had been given four one- weeks courses and judged the efficacy, simultaneously carried on securely evaluating.Experiment study:1.Repeated challenges of the ears of previously sensitized mice with 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzol(DNCB) induced typical chronic eczema model, the positive control group was given hydrocortisone group,to observe the changes of it on ear swelling and skin lesions,ear tissue morphology and pathology.2. the positive control group was given hydrocortisone group,to observe the Licking response elicited by 4-amionpyridine(AP) in mice.Results:1.Huatuo external applyment anesthetics Shen prescription Jiajian prescription and hydrocortisone cream, in improving symptoms before treatment and after one, two groups were evidently effective, total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.50%. In the control group was 67.50%(P<0.05). the integrate of symptom in two groups were remarkable different(P<0.05).In terms of the integrate of symptom after treatment,the integrate descent rate in the test group was higher than the control group after treatment (P<0.05).2. The ear swelling in test group,which can relieve it, compared with it in Model compare group(P<0.05).compared with it in hydrocortisone group(P >0.05).3.In improving tissue morphology, two treatment groups were evidently effective,compared with it in Model compare group, ainflammatory cellular infiltration in epidermis and dermis of mice in test group and Model compare group were significantly different (P<0.05).4.Huatuo external applyment anesthetics Shen prescription Jiajian prescription group make the Licking response elicited by 4-amionpyridine(AP) in mice significantly reduced,which presented it can inhibit Licking response certainly.ConcIusion: 1.Huatuo external applyment anesthetics Shen prescription Jiajian prescription had good therapeutical effects in treating chronic eczema.2.It can significantly improve the ear swelling, inflammatory cellular number in the ear skin,tissue morphology and pruritus.3.It can expel wind-evil and remove wetness,moisturize dryness by nourishing blood,pungent taste having dispersing effect through epidermis, catharsis striae of the skin.4.The mechanism of it may be related to it's good anti-inflammatory,significantly improve cycle and metabolism,repair skin lesions and tissue morphology, surface anesthesia relieving itching, anti-delayed allergy reaction of skin.5.The prescription corresponding symptom, Huatuo external applyment anesthetics Shen prescription Jiajian prescription have good ad rem to chronic eczema, deserve further research and development.
