The World Health Organization (WHO) survey has shown that about 75% of people in the world are in the sub-health state, while fatigue is the most common form of sub-health state. When the body is exposed to fatigue and lacking of mitigation timely, there will be a series of physiological and biochemical changes that decrease the body's functions and hurt organs seriously. Chinese traditional medicine, characterized by safety, efficacy and less side effects, plays an important role in alleviating and removaing fatigue. Therefore, we performed experiments in this study as follows:1. Sika antler dish was prepared into glue and frost. In a separate experiment group, the water-soluble proteins of the Sika antler dish were extracted, followed with isolation and purification of proteins. Measurements showed that the molecular weight were 14.9kDa,27.6kDa and 60kDa, respectively. The anti-fatigue function of Sika antler dish products derived from three processing methods was assessed according to Functional Assessment Procedure And Test Methods For Health Food (China's Ministry of Health) with the dosage instructed by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacopoeia (China 2005 Edition). The results showed that Antlers dish glue group, Antlers dish frost group and Antlers dish protein group reduced the content of blood urea nitrogen and increased the content of glycogen significantly; both protein and frost groups apparently enhanced the activity of lactate dehydrogenase.2. According to the index of the loaded-swimming time of mice. We test out the effect of the endurance of the mouse in the group with comparing the four types of plants, tonifying kidney, strengthening spleen, nourishing liver and promoting blood circulation traditional Chinese medicine. The results show that:The Chinese medicine of strengthening spleen, nourishing liver Chinese medicine, promoting blood circulation traditional Chinese medicine and tonifying kidney Chinese medicine all can obvious effect on its endurance.3. By nurturing liquid fermentation five types of fungi, we collect mycelia when they have the highest content of the polysaccharide in cellulars. By the endurance experiment of the mouse, we found that these five types of edible fungi all can improve the endurance of mice.4. Preliminary screening was performed by the evaluation indexes of the swimming endurance of mouse. Anti-fatigue physiochemical index, some immune indexes and oxidation indexes for the best compound prescription was determined. The results showed that the best compound prescription can elevate the hepatic glycogen, reduce blood urea nitrogen, improve the activity of lactic dehydrogenase and influence the lactic acid content; can also increase the immune index of the immune organs, increase the devouring rate of the phagocyte, improve the SOD content in human's body and lower the content of malonaldehyde (MDA) in mice after exercise. 5. Anti-fatigue concentrating liquid was added to the basic formula of ice cream for making the special anti-fatigue ice cream. The sensory evaluation showed that the flavor of ice cream containing the anti-fatigue concentrated liquid taste better than basic ice cream.
