Comparative Study On Antioxidant Capacity And Anti-hepatoma Effect Of Five Different Mmedicinal Parts Of Sika Deer

The sika deer is a kind of precious Chinese traditional medicinal animal,and it's antler and antler plate have good anti-tumor effects.whether the other medicinal parts of the sika deer have the same pharmacological effects? This is a question needs futher comparative studies.In this study,the effects of antler,antler plate,deer blood,venison and deer bones of anti-oxidation and anti-tumor were compared.The contents of protein and amino acid in the above five parts of the sika deer were compared to explore the material basis of anti-tumor effects for the further studies of anti-tumor effect to provide theoretical basis and reference.The results were as follows:1.The content of water soluble crude protein in the five medicinal parts of sika deer was significantly different(P<0.05)and the order from high to low was that: deer antler>antler plate>deer blood>venison>deer bones.2.Content and kind of amino acids of the five medicinal parts of sika deer were different(P<0.05).The content of glycine was the highest in deer antler,antler plate and deer bones,and the content of phenylalanine was the highest in deer blood,and the content of glutamate was the highest in venison.Between the five different medicinal parts of sika,the content of glycine was the highest in deer antler,the content of phenylalanine was the highest in deer blood,the content of glutamate was the highest in venison.3.DPPH·free radical scavenging rate and total anti-oxidant capacity of the five different medicinal parts of sika deer had significant differences(P<0.05).DPPH·free radical scavenging rates from high to low were that: antler plate>deer antler>deer blood>deer bones>venison,and total anti-oxidant capacity from high to low was that: deer antler>antler plate>deer blood>deer bones>venison.4.The groups of high press water extraction and high press water extraction power of sika deer antler,antler palte,deer blood,venison,deer bones and the groups of original powder of sika deer antler and antler plate all could significantly improve the index of thymus and spleen of mice(P<0.05).Among them,the effect of high dose of highpressure water extract of antler and antler plate was the best.5.The groups of high press water extraction and high press water extraction power of sika deer antler,antler palte,deer blood,venison,deer bones and the groups of original powder of sika deer antler and antler plate all could inhibit tumor growth(P<0.05).And keep the integrity of the spleen tissue,and induce tumor cell apoptosis leading to tumor necrosis.The high dose of deer antler and antler plate high pressure water extract groups could significantly improve the activity of spleen T lymphocytes in H22 mice(P<0.05).6.The groups of high press water extraction and high press water extraction power of sika deer antler,antler palte,deer blood,venison,deer bones and the groups of original powder of sika deer antler and antler plate all could increase the content of Ig E,Ig M and Ig G,improve the content of TNF-?,IFN-?,IL-2,IL-6,IL-12 in serum,inhibit the secretion of TGF-?,increase the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in peripheral blood and spleen cells,and which had a significant effect on improving immunity.Among them,the effect of high dose of highpressure water extract of antler and antler plate was the best.
