The study isolated and selected 6 bacteria strains from the deep-litter of the Scale pig farm with deep-litter-system of Chuan'an LTD in Chengdu.SC. They were named X1,X2,X3,X4,X5,X6. According to the research on features of colony form, individual form and the determination of its physiological and biochemical character, the identification was finally determined by the PCR Sequencing.The results proved that X1 was Serratia; X2 was Pseudomonas; X3 was Arthrobacter; X4 was Pseudomonas aeruginosa; X5 was Bacillus; X6 was Escherichia.By identifing their molecular formation , and then we can sort out the bateria strains and put them into their species: X1 - Serratia marcescens; X3- Arthrobacter flavescens; X4 - Pseudomonas aeruginosa; X5 Bacillus subtilis -; X6 - Escherichia coli.
