Mastitis is a class of inflammation. It may caused by microbial factors, physical factors, chemical factors, environmental factors, and other factors to stimulate the breast, directlymaking China’s dairy farmers, dairy business and society a enormous economic losses.Bacteriophages are a type of viruses infecting bacteria and other microorganisms. Innearly a century, the rapid development of antibiotics, once makes people at a standstill inresearching and exploring the secret of bacteriophage. The tests showed that the major pathogens in the milk were isolated, purification andidentification by culture characteristics, microscopy, morphology, biochemical tests and drugsusceptibility testing were also done. Then, The bacteriophage were isolated and purificationmaking the the major pathogens as the corresponding host pathogens by the single-layer agarmethods with the sewage in the environment. Also, the titer, lysis spectrum, optimalmultiplicity of infection(MOI) the thermostability, pH stability, ultraviolet rays stability andgrowth curve were detected. The main results are as follows:1. Collecting clinical type and subclinical mastitis milk samples of10parts in Westernanimal husbandry, MalianHai, Garden, this3different sizes, different levels and managementof dairy feeding in Shihezi Region. At last,21strains of E.coli,10strains of Streptococcusand25strains of Staphylococcus aureus were ultimately isolated.2. By susceptibility test results show that the results showed that the rate of drug fast to6out of21of E.coli antibacterial drugs exceeded50%, and a same strain could resisted15kinds of antibacterial drugs at most and5kinds of antibacterial drugs at least. E.coli strainswhich were resistant above6antibacterial drugs occupied61.90%; The results of10drugsensitive tests suggested that all strains of Streptococci were found to be the most sensitive topenicillin and florfenicol, but the most resistant to streptomycin(50%) and furazolidone(80%),antibiogram type showed that the most resistant strain of Streptococcus could resist8kinds ofdrugs.Antibiotic resistance of25strains of Staphylococcus aureus were also studied. Theresults showed that the rate of drug fast to amoxicillin、bacitrain and bactrim all exceeded50%,but the most sensitive to florfenicol(100%) and lincomycin(92%);the Staphylococcusaureus could resist9kinds of antibacterial drugs at most and3kinds of antibacterial drugs atleast.3. At last,5strains of bacteriophage against E.coli were isolated and named Ecp1、Ecp3、Ecp5、Ecp16、Ecp17, the concentration and lysis rate of the bacteriophage was detected. At the sametime, the thermostability, pH stability, optimal multiplicity of infection(MOI),ultraviolet raysstability were also analyzed.
