| Five experiments were conducted to investigate the study on the technical parameters and alternatives of litter of feeding pig in pig-on-litter system. Issues through the establishment of the laboratory simulation of feeding pig in pig-on-litter system model to prove the feasibility of feeding pig in pig-on-litter system, and the influence of turning frequency, disinfection, addition of bacteria to the litter, and to identify suitable alternative for the litter.We investigated temperature and hunidity in the two different kinds of pig-house, the results show that the pig-house of feeding pig in pig-on-litter system is better than ordinary pig-house in winter. But the hunidity is higher than ordinary pig-house in winter. We would do more jobs in improvement of housing structure.In exp.2, studied the basic parameters of the litter, 7 different treatments were set according to the supplemental level of pig manure on a weekly basis. Some microbial fermentation parameters, such as the temperature, moisture, pH, total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, organic nitrogen, maximum probable number of coliform group and so on, were determined. Test time is 42 days, 0, 3, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42 day in the experiment to take samples in the litter. Some microbial fermentation parameters, such as the temperature, moisture, pH, total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, organic nitrogen, maximum probable number of coliform group and so on, were determined. Results showed that feeding pig in pig-on-litter system is feasible in theory and could inhibit the E. coli effetely.In exp.3, in order to investigate the frequency of flip on the effects of the litter, 3 different treatments were set according to the frequency of flip, it's 3-day, 6-day, 9-day. All of the treatment added 21 day's pig manure. Test time is 42 days. Results showed that 6-day flipping frequency achieved good results.In exp.4, studied the impact of disinfection, 3 different treatments: Flip after disinfection, disinfection after flip and control group. All of the treatment added 42-day's pig manure. Test time is 42 days. Results showed that there was no effect after disinfection. And the temperature was lower than summer.In exp.5, studied the effect of the bacteria which mixed in the litter.2 different treatments were set, all of the treatment added 42-day's pig manure. Test time is 42 days. Results showed that mixed bacteria could achieve a good result in temperature, but there was mildew occurred, because of the Corn flour.In exp.6, studied the possibility of other materials instead of rice husk and sawdust, 7 different treatments were set according to the materials. The seven treatments as follows: Corncob+ Rice husk, Rice husk+ Straw, Sawdust+ Peanut shell, Sawdust+ Corn stalks, Corncob+ Sawdust+ Peanut shell+ Corn stalks and control group. All of the treatment added 42-day's pig manure. Test time is 42 days. Results showed that the treatment of Sawdust+ Corn stalks was better than others in temperature and other standards. |
