Shi-Zi Goose is a kind of good breed goose that is bred by the method of hybridization of Zi goose and Shibai goose,Although the goose has the characteristics of cold resistance,high disease resistance,suitable for feeding in the North,the epidemic prevention is still very important during feeding.Due to differences in different areas,different species of geese,Vaccine immunization procedures vary.In order to explore the immunization program suitable for Shi-Zi goose,this experiment has carried out three main types of virus disease-gosling plague,study the immune procedure of avian influenza and goose paramyxovirus disease,and evaluated the immunization effect of the vaccine.The study has important practical significance for the prevention and control of the main disease of Shi-Zi goose.Firstly,in order to determine the growth and decline of maternal antibody,60 young Shi-Zi geese of 1 day old were selected,fed in accordance with the feeding requirements of geese in the artificial intelligence climate room.Randomly selected 10 geese to collect blood in 1,3,5,7,9,11,13 day and other age,serum separation,detection of GPV antibody titer by agar diffusion test,application of hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition test to detect antibody titer of avian influenza and goose paramyxovirus disease.The results show that the goslings were detected in 1 to 13 days of age gosling-pest serum antibodies were negative,this shows that the goose gosling plague in vivo without maternal antibody.The geometric mean titer of HI antibody was 2.8log2 in 1 day,and drop to critical value 0.5log2 in 10 days,the half life was 4.3d.The geometric mean titer of HI antibody against goose paramyxovirus disease was 2.4log2 in 1day,and drop to critical value 0.4log2 in 10 days,the half life was 5d.Secondly,in order to determine the effect of three kinds of virus vaccines,1 day old Shi-Zi geese were selected,randomly divided into 3 groups,each group of 10.The first groups of 1 day old geese were injected with Goose Serum,the 6 day old geese gosling plague vaccine immunization.The second groups of 10 day old geese were subcutaneously injected with Recombinant Newcastle disease virus inactivated vaccine strain A-VII and recombinant avian influenza virus H5 subtype two inactivated vaccine(Re-6,Re-7 strain).The third groups of 10 day old immune recombinant Newcastle disease virus inactivated vaccine A-VII strain,Recombinant avian influenza virus H5 subtype two inactivated vaccine after 7days(Re-6 strain +Re-7),drawing blood every 7 days,5 geese were randomly sampled.AGP antibody detection of gosling plague,the results showed that the protection rate of the population was over 90% after immunization for fourteenth days;The geometric mean titer of the HI antibody was lower than that of the third group,quantitative detection of ELISA antibody showed that the amount of antibody in the third group increased rapidly after immunization,which was significantly higher than that of the second group,24 days to reach the highest peak,then gradually decreased,45 days old antibody volume close to the third group of immune alone.The geometric mean titer of the second group of avian influenza HI antibody was lower than that of the third group.The results of quantitative detection of ELISA showed that the amount of antibody in the second group was significantly higher than that in the third group at the age of 17 days,and reached the peak at 31 days,and decreased to about 50 days.While the third group of antibodies at 24 days of age than the second group,38 days to reach the peak,52 days of age was still significantly higher than the third group.Thirdly,in order to determine the immunization effect of goose paramyxovirus and avian influenza vaccines in untreated local rural areas,30 days old goose was infected with Newcastle disease attenuated vaccine.After one week of immunization,the avian influenza inactivated vaccine(H5N1,Re-6 strain)was injected subcutaneously in the neck,and the antibody titer was measured every 7 days.So the titer of HI antibody immunized with only goose paramyxovirus attenuated vaccine was lower than 4 log2.After the avian influenza vaccine immunized,the antibody titer increased rapidly,reached the peak at 58 days,then decreased gradually,and remained higher after 79 days of age.In summary,The study selected Shi-Zi gosling geese without maternal antibody of gosling plague,1 day old geese injected Goose Serum,6 day old goose gosling plague vaccine immunization,can make goslings get effective antibody protection.Adjuvant virus inactivated vaccine 10 days of age first immunization,immunization after 2 weeks to be exempted.Inactivated avian influenza vaccine in 17 days,third weeks after immunization,we need to strengthen the immune system.Attenuated vaccine drinking water immunity is not suitable for placing goose and inactivated vaccine immune effect is reliable,worthy of practical production application reference.
