"Swine high fever " is a disease of Many coinfection, which the true causative pathogen is unknown. It is characterized by high fever, anorexia, skin cyanosis, and have made substancial economics losses in pig industry in China. Since the first cases of "Swine high fever " was reported in 2001 and the disease scattered in Wenzhou, then it broke out in all county in Wenzhou in July 2006. The incidence of decline in 2007-2008,but Increased in 2009, so severely affects swine industry in Wenzhou.Under the influence of "Swine high fever ", pig prices soaring in 2007~2009. national, provincial and municipal governments introduced a number of policy support swine industry. the period swine industry rapid development in Wenzhou, has been built (under construction) standardization of pig farms (community) is 214, with a total investment of$3.5 million, for more than 3000 acres, the new extension bar rounding to 20 000 square meters, swine industry in Wenzhou rendering out to scale, intensive and standard transformation upgrade."Swine high fever " of the incidence of a wide range of complex conditions, pathogen diversity, in order to clarify "Swine high fever " of the main pathogens in Wenzhou, to find a practical prevention and treatment. We have collected some cases of "Swine high fever " sent to domestic research institutions and universities to pathogen detection and analysis by PCR or virus isolation and other, found that PRRSV and PCV-2 detection rate was 100%, the detection of CSFV was 65%, and PRV and SIV were negative, indicating that PRRS virus, PCV-2, SFV is the major viral pathogens of "Swine high fever " in Wenzhou; the same time the use of ELISA reagents box and the indirect hemagglutination test kit for 2004 to 2009 serum samples tested showed that during the period 2004 to 2006, PCV-2 and PRRS antibody positive rate increases, the incidence of CSF antibodies pass rate has been declining and the PRV Field Virus antibody has been on the decline, but antibodies to SIV showed obvious seasonal, further evidence of PRRS virus, PCV-2, SFV is the major virus pathogen of "pig fever disease " in Wenzhou, the PRV and SIV has little to do; through the use of ordinary agar, blood agar for bacteriological analysis of some cases, Separation 13 strains of bacteria from nine farm, including 5 strains of Streptococcus,6 strains of Staphylococcus, a Salmonella, an E. coli; and animal experiments by them, found that can cause fever and death in rabbits and mice, indicating that Staphylococcus and Streptococcus is the major bacterial pathogens of "pig fever disease " in Wenzhou; the sensitivity test indicated that the isolated bacteria to cephalosporins ceftiofur, cefotaxime, cephalosporins such as a new generation of high sensitivity, But penicillin resistant, streptomycin. By microscopic examination, blood cell analysis showed that Toxoplasma was involved is secondary pathogens of "pig fever disease " in Wenzhou, and the city Eperythrozoon the has little to do.According to "Swine high fever "etiology, we propose to insist on self propagated, reduce stress, pay attention to the pig farm cleaning and sanitizing, implementation of the drugs and health care, to do all kinds of vaccine immunization, note feed hygiene six principles of prevention and treatment and disinfection insecticidal technology, pharmaceutical and health care technology and reasonable practical technology immune three scenarios that can effectively control "Swine high fever ", raising the swine economic benefits.
