The purpose of the thesis was to make the integration design of boom structures of the boomsprayer and the tunnel sprayer, to realize the change of spray stem between the boom sprayer andthe tunnel sprayer, make sure the boom structures could spray on the direction of upwards of90°, level and downwards90°,at the same time, the boom structures can fold to save space,and suitable to transport when it did not work, to realize the multifunction of the boom structures.This thesis analyzed the working principle of the boom structure, confirmed the mostsuitable design from the different schemes, established the three-dimensional model of the spraystructure base on Pro/E, and examine the interference and the institutional size were examinedand optimized, in order to reduce the problem of the follow-up work.The kinematic and dynamic simulation of the boom conversion mechanism was conductedby ADAMS software, the displacement, velocity, acceleration, angle velocity, the relationshipbetween the angle of the sprayer rob turned and the stretch length of the hydraulic cylinder wereanalyzed, the force of several hinge protections suffered were analyzed too. At the same time, theADAMS/Processor was applied to transfer the simulation curve of the boom conversionmechanism, make sure the boom structure satisfy the design requirement.A physical prototype of scale-down boom conversion mechanism was built and tested fordifferent crops to verity its feasibility of the design, experiment result showed that the shiftablespray stem of multifunctional spraying machine could complete the transform between the boomsprayer and the tunnel sprayer according to the design requirements. Meanwhile, the boomconversion mechanism could fold to save space, and the design is feasible, achieve the expectedgoal. |
