In recent years,plant protection UAV has developed rapidly due to its advantages of high efficiency,safety,good mobility and strong penetration of droplets.The inability to accurately detect the uniformity of spray is the main reason for the delay of the spraying industry standard of the plant protection UAV.In order to accurately detect the spray uniformity of the plant protection UAV,Based on the investigation and study of the spraying performance experimental platform,this paper aims at the characteristics of the lower pressure wind field and the demand for the industry development of the plant protection UAV during the flight.A spraying performance experimental platform suitable for the unmanned aerial vehicle testing is developed referring to the national standard.The negative pressure exhaust technology is used for the first time to reduce the effect of ground effect on the spraying uniformity of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV),Which makes the measurement environment closer to the actual working condition and makes the droplet distribution is closer to the droplet distribution in the real environment.The main contents and results of this paper are as follows:1.Referring to the technical specifications of the existing experimental platform,the overall design of the experimental platform is carried out based on the spray droplet distribution and influencing factors of the plant protection UAV.Referring to a large number of relevant information,based on the analysis of the testing principle,and finally confirm: The technology of negative pressure and isolation technique of steam is used to create a real spray environment,and the measurement of the uniformity of spray of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)for plant protection is achieved through the measurement of the collecting spraying slot,the liquid collector tube,the sensor and other structural parts is completed.2.Based on the determination of the overall principle scheme,the overall structure design of the experimental platform and the specific design and selection of each working part device are carried out.The design of collecting spraying slot,negative pressure air exhausting device,test tube turnover mechanism,liquid surface testing device,comprehensive test platform stand,measuring platform stand,and electronic control system are designed.3.The experimental platform has been completed,and the performance test has been carried out by using the experimental platform.After debugging,the experimental platform can meet the requirements of the test.During the test,the experimental platform runs steadily and reduces the influence of the ground effect.Finally,the variation coefficient of the droplet distribution of the test model is 35%.The test shows that the performance index of the experimental platform meets the expected design requirements and realizes the accurate detection of the uniformity of spray.
