As one of the largest agricultural powers in the world,China is the focus of China’s key development and research.The protection of crops is an important link in the development of agriculture today and a gate that affects the quality of agricultural production in China.At present,the most common method for protecting crops and controlling pests and diseases is to use chemical control,such as spraying pesticides.However,during the spraying of the liquid,most of the liquid is diffused in the air and deposited in the soil due to improper disposal.Not only is it easy to cause waste of pesticides,but also a large amount of chemical substances do not enter the target body,and even the residual chemical components are likely to directly enter the organism,and human and animal life will be seriously injured and threatened by death.It is also a kind of damage to the ecological environment.In order to reduce the occurrence of these problems and the degree of environmental pollution,we have made the variable spray technology as the key research field and key direction of plant protection machinery.Compared with the use of new technologies and new equipment,some areas,especially in some hilly areas in the south,still use the simple manual hand-held manual spraying tools,which are not only very inefficient,but also easy to cause the human body to inhale the pesticide mist with pesticides during the operation.Therefore,physical discomfort,symptoms of poisoning,but will cause greater personal safety losses and economic losses,not worth the candle.With the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of human safety awareness,people are increasingly aware that the use of pesticides in agricultural production needs reasonable spraying,which directly affects environmental protection issues along with spraying methods,and provides a reference for food health..The equipment currently on the market is mainly high-gap plant protection machines,and its good performance and high ground separation distance can spray the entire crop.This can replace traditional manual spraying work,improve people’s labor efficiency and reduce plant maintenance costs.However,the spraying methods of most plant protection machines are relatively simple and extensive,and the spray effect and spray uniformity are not good.Inview of these shortcomings,the plant protection machine is used as the research platform,and the spray system is used as the research object,and the operation speed and the spray flow rate are established.The mathematical model between the plants optimizes the spraying mode of the plant protection machine to ensure the spray uniformity and the spray effect,effectively reduce the spray volume,improve the agricultural loss and economic loss caused by the unreasonable use of the drug,and achieve significant reduction and increase in efficiency.effect.The main contents of this paper are as follows: The research background and significance of the variable spray system are described in detail.The current research status of the current plant protection variable spray system is researched on the spray system of the plant protection machine,and the components and parts of the variable spray system are analyzed.Working principle,through the reference of relevant data for theoretical calculation and analysis of the selection and design of each component,through the Visual Basic platform,the host computer interface of the variable spray control system is easily constructed,and the operation of the lower computer is realized..The simulation experiment was carried out with matlab platform.Theoretical analysis of all aspects required by the system,and the establishment of functional modules for each part.Then,according to the module requirements,write programs and other operations.Data analysis was carried out on the spray uniformity and spray volume of the variable spray system by establishing a variable spray experiment platform.The spray uniformity experiment was carried out by using water sensitive paper to obtain the relevant data of the spray under the variable spray,and the image processing was performed by “Droplet Analysis” software.The data analysis verified whether the spray uniformity is good and meets the design requirements.The spray volume experiment manually sets the travel speed of the plant protection machine,collects the real-time flow data of the nozzle,and analyzes the data through MATLAB to demonstrate the variable spray.Feasibility,the study of this variable spray system provides a reference for future research directions of plant protection technology and variable spray technology.
