Research On LPG Supplying System And Security Of One LPG Tank To One Terminal User

The supplying system of One LPG tank to one terminal user (OTO)is a new kind of supplying way, which is safer and more economic thancurrent LPG Cylinders Group System and Pipe Network SupplyingSystem in domestic. OTO is suitable for rural areas, small towns andwide counties as well. Based on security comparison of OTO and othertraditional supplying ways, the following issues were researched:Firstly, technique process of OTO simulation system was researchedand designed.Secondly, security of equipments and accessories of OTO systemwas analyzed.Thirdly, the safe distance between tanks and buildings nearby bothin domestic and abroad was discoursed upon, which showed that OTO is a kind of advanced and safe supplying system.Fourthly, combined simulation system with actual supplying system,the technique process of actual supplying system was researched andanalyzed, and LPG tank was calculated.Lastly, some new advanced products which have not been developedin domestic such as LPG truck with filling pump, four-function valves forremote control and level meter, etc. were mentioned in this paper.This project of research on OTO LPG supplying system has beenlisted on Zhejiang Province Key Science Research Projects in 2006. Theresearches in this paper are one part of this project. Ours researchesclarify that OTO is more advanced than traditional supplying system,especially in terms of security; it is a kind of recruit on civil LPGsupplying solution. The researches in this paper have some engineeringapplication values.
