| With the rapid development of technology of automation, communication, computer, network and sensor, combining the number one tunnel of QINLING, this paper studies SCS (Supervise and Control System) of electric supplying & distribution in the long tunnel. Subsequently, an unmanned operation Supervise and Control Model of electric supplying & distribution is put forward, which is based on PLC to implement remote supervise and control of electric supplying & distribution in tunnel.In this model, hardware system, in which PLC is adopted as monitoring lower computers and computers are adopted as monitoring upper computers, collects and supervises various data of control room's environment of transformer substation and power device by various sensors installed on the spot, and the real-time data shows the running information of diverse transformer substations intuitionally and timely; Combination of computers and PLC fully utilizes each characteristics and advantages of computers and PLC, and enhances the stability of the whole system.Software system adopts MSS3000 power devices and environment centralized Supervise and Control System which are developed by the company of DaTang Telecommunication. It integrates the technology of control, human-machine interface, graphic, database and network, includes some groupware, such as dynamic display, alarming, and provides a friendly user interface.Communication system consists of three parts. The first part implements communication between PLC and Supervise and Control Unit by protocol macro. The second one depends on Controller Link net to implement communication between Supervise and Control Unit and upper PLC; In the third part, by using Socket service of PLC Ethernet Unit, communication between PLC and monitoring upper computer is implemented.This paper proposes a new idea and a new approach for application of PLC in SCS of electric supplying & distribution in tunnel, and it is of referenced significance and practical value to implement remote supervise and control of electric supplying & distribution in tunnel. |
