Study On Safety Management Mode Of Power Supply Project

Power industry is full of high risks. Electric power production is a complex system engineering, we must confront with many risks which will cause the equipment damage and personal accidents in the production process. So how to prevent the accidents is a problem to be solved. With the deepening of electricity reform and the changes in market supply and demand, power supply enterprises begin to shift to customer service-oriented enterprise. Safety production is the foundation to maintain competitive advantage, construction safety management system and safety culture is an important prerequisite to achieve safety production of the power supply enterprises. This paper proposes a safety management mode in power supply project.Because of this point, based on the analysis and study of the existing research methods and techniques, this paper mainly carries out the following work:firstly, after analyzing and comparing the security management information of the domestic and international, based on the basic theories and methods of modern safety management and combining with the actual situation of our country, the safety management system of power supply enterprise is established, including the safety security system, safety monitoring system, safety evaluation system of power supply enterprise. The direction that the power supply enterprise should work towards is specified in the general framework. Secondly, based on the study of the principle of accident prevention and the theory of accident causation, the paper introduced the logical tree and the sources of risk, including safety accidents, property risk, responsibility risk, credit risk. The theory of logical tree helps to improve the effectiveness and pertinence. Thirdly, with the help of PDCA cycle theory and combining the actual situation in our country, the recommendations of the construction in safety management system of power supply enterprise is given. The paper pointed out how to use the theor and the matters needing attention. Then based on the study of a power supply bureau a new safety management model which focus on application at the grassroots level is proposed through the empirical analysis in order to help enterprises to find their own weaknesses and rapidly improve, so the safe production goal of enterprises is achieved.
