With the economic development of inland coastal areas, the under construction water diversion project and the further promotion of western development project, various types of inland water intake continued to be constructed, cross-basin and inter provinces water transfer, agricultural water supply, urban life water supply and a corresponding increase in industrial water, environmental protection water, the pace of the construction of water intake in inland water is speeding up gradually. Out of control ship has been a major hazard which causes water traffic safety. Maritime accidents which caused by disabled ships account for a large proportion of the total.Among them, there is some accidents which pose a threat to the safety of water intake. Inland water intake ,incase of a collision risk, a huge economic losses will be occurred to inland water intake. Therefore, the research on the ship collision risk of inland water intake will become more and more important.Although the research about Ship collision with bridge is already quite mature in our country, and its research methods and measures can give reference to safety assessment about water engineering and design of anti-ship collision, in a word bridges and water works are have many difference.first, as a river crossing building, brige is difficult to avoid take channel, while the water works usually set on the shore, and It will not take channel;Second, the ship is also affected by the bridge clearance height and width when pass bridge, the ship is not only collision with the pier, but also may collide with the bridge superstructure, and ship collisions with the water works building may on superwater structures and underwater structures; Finally, the water flow conditions between bridge area and water works area are different.In addition,study of water engineering for a water project during construction and operation of the channel during the impact, according to these impacts associated with targeted measures to minimize their impact within to ensure the safe navigation of the ship; to ensure the builders in terms of water intake, through the research project on water intake can optimize the location and building programs, water projects that will minimize the impact on the waterway, also minimize the impact because sail the ship on the water to the project.This paper builds a common probability model of collision with water intake project in inner river area through the floating model of ship out of control, in full consideration of the wind, current and yaw angle.The probability and power of collision with water intake project can be calculated through out the model.Finally, taking the Jiangxi Pengze water nuclear power project as an example, the paper deals with the different conditions of different ship in this area.Meanwhile according to the ship traffic under the river and water traffic accident statistics,the paper calculates the annum probability and biggest power of collision, thus, gives some advice for the prevention of the collision with water intake project.
