The problem of researching on the prediction and control of vibration and noise for ship has captured the world's attention, vibration and noise controlling problem is quite prominent of high-speed craft. The ship vibration and noise problems will not only affect the operation of instruments and equipment, but also affect the comfort of passengers and crew as well as hurt their health, what's more, may endanger safety of the ship structure. In facts, if the noise control treatments are applied after ship has been built, in most cases the problem can only partially be solved, and also directly increased shipbuilding costs greatly. If the research and prediction on characteristic of shipboard vibration and noise carried out in the early stages of ship design, together with corresponding acoustic design projects are proposed, which is of important value to improve the acoustic performance, meanwhile, it can shorten the shipbuilding cycle and reduce costs.The paper research based on No.622patrol boat, testing results which combined with FEA method and SEA method was corrected to predict vibration and noise level, the main research contents are as follows.Introduce the basic principle of sound ship structure and statistical energy theory, at the same time, the research results of vibration noise prediction and control problem are summarized and analyzed at home and abroad. The shipping vibration and noise test is designed to get the spectrum of vibration and noise level. The modal of the ship was analysised by using finite element software, the vibration property of the ship is obtained. Using the VAOne software based on the Statistical Energy Analysis theory, applied the load according to the test, solved the model, the simulation predicts the cabin noise level, distribution. At last, compare with the shipping test value, the simulation is reasonable and feasible.Summarized some widely used ant vibration noise reduction methods of ship, including the isolation and damping vibration reduction, sound insulation technology and sound absorption technology. Highlighting the principle and structure of the floating cabin, according to them, statistics energy analysis simulation model was built; meanwhile, this treatment was applied to the meeting room of No.622patrol boat, it was found that floating cabin does well in vibration and noise reduction. It has a certain reference value for application of the ship design.
