In-depth study of parking problem is not only to meet the needs of solving the problem of "stop hard", but also to build traffic smooth, fast and efficient modern new city for the future. Only analysis of the problem of parking can provide a scientific decision making for the static traffic and dynamic traffic planning, and form a smooth, efficient and convenient integrated transport system.In this paper, By the method of field observations, questionnaires, in-depth interviews, statistical models, spatial analysis, in base of analyzing the purpose of parking structure, parking time form, transfer from the distribution, frequency distribution of motor vehicle travel behavior on study area, studied the law of Spatial and temporal distribution for Wangcheng's "stop hard", and with the trend analysis of future stop problem, and Provided the overall crack strategy, implementation paths and concrete cracking program for important node and path.The results show that:I. Main features of parking behavior:the descending order of proportion of stopping purpose is business, shopping, dining, entertainment and other purposes; the average parking time from long to short followed by entertainment, office, restaurants, and other purposes, shopping, which for the purpose of shopping the highest rate of turnover of parking spaces, office and recreation for the purpose of parking turnover rate is relatively low; motor vehicle travel frequency is large,7 days a week more than 60%,three days less than 5%.II. The spatial and temporal distribution of Wangcheng city parking can be summarized as "one district, Sixth Street, four points." The "one area" refers to the old city; "Sixth Street" that Guo Liang Lu, Po grain Road, Man Yuen Road, Lei Feng Road, road workers and peasants, e-street; "four points" that Guo Liang Road-intersection with River Road, Guo Liang Road intersection with Gong Nong Road, Xinyijia point, Lianchengguoji Walking Street.
