| Quality plays a key role in the competitive pattern and industry development of manufacturing industry.At present,the development of Chinese manufacturing industry has made historical achievements,but there is still a big gap between the level of product quality and developed countries,and the mode of quality management is also lack of innovation.Quality risk management is the profound embodiment of total quality management.In order to realize the innovative application of quality risk management,this study established a quality risk management method of product life cycle based on complex network theory,and analyzed the possible correlation effect among risk factors affecting product quality,as well as the relationship between individual quality risk factors and overall quality risk.Based on the traditional qualitative analysis method of quality risk combined with complex network theory,the quantitative research is carried out,which makes up the limitation and deficiency of causality analysis,failure mode and impact analysis(FMEA)in quality risk control of complex products to a certain extent.The topology structure of quality risk factors not only realizes the visual management of risk,but also simulates the impact of quality risk accidents by model simulation.Finally,based on the topological structure of quality risk factors and the actual production situation,the corresponding quality risk control strategy is proposed.This study takes wire and cable products as the specific research object.Firstly,quality risk factors are identified,Pearson correlation coefficient method and expert scoring method are used to analyze the correlation between quality risk factors,and the topology structure of quality risk factors of wire and cable products is constructed.Secondly,MATLAB and UCINET are used to simulate the quality risk factors and analyze the characteristic parameters.Finally,the quality risk control strategy is formulated based on relevant conclusions.The results show that the quality risk factor topology of wire and cable products is a scale-free oriented complex network without obvious community structure division,and a small number of risk factors in the network play a key role in the quality of products.The quality risk factors of wire and cable products have certain resistance to random interference,but the target interference of key quality risk factors shows significant vulnerability.Wire and cable products have high quality risk factors which need to take timely control measures.This study has important theoretical significance and significant application value for quality risk management of complex network in manufacturing industry. |
