| The electric energy metering device is a "scale" between the power supply bureau and the user, whose accuracy is directly related to the economics benefits of both sides. While the electric energy metering operation is further carried out in a standard and orderly way, lots of metering mistakes begin to emerge due to wiring error, especially for the power meters, which have current transformer and voltage transformer. Their error can usually trace to workers'negligence during the actual install operation, which accumulates to big trouble for measure devices.After many years'development, the theoretical researches on the wiring-error connection of the electric energy metering device are constantly enriched. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing advantages of various theories, and with the combination of practical operation of the electric metering device, this article puts forward the opinion that by using powerful statistics processing function of the data base, set up the wiring-error theoretic model to analyze the actual data.This essay mainly comprises two aspects. Firstly, using public Netcom GPRS wireless telecommunications model and based on the metering device measurement function, connection testing and specialized data processing for remote energy metering device are realized. Then the data generated by field measurement process are classified and stored. Based on that, the wiring-error theoretic model was constructed.Secondly, a LAN network based simulation training platform is built by using techniques from popular virtual instrument and animation. Based on the wiring-error theoretic model, connection training and performance examination for measuring workers are performed, which not only reduces the resource consumption to the most extend, but also decreases the risk of workers'operation. |
