In recent years,more and more Airborne Collision Avoidance System(ACAS)have been applied to domestic aircraft.In order to ensure the normal use of airborne collision avoidance device and the debugging process and the use of its possible problems in the process of fault location,etc.,it is necessary to detect ACAS equipment.The traditional detection method is artificial using discrete instruments for testing,the test method is not only poor timeliness efficiency is low,and also can't ensure validity and reliability,and cost is higher also,seriously affect the use of ACAS equipment.Based on the above situation,this paper proposes the development of the internal field detecting instrument for ACAS equipment to improve the efficiency,correctness and reliability,and shorten the debugging and testing time.On the basis of virtual instrument system,the field testing instrument of ACAS equipment is designed to make up for the shortcomings of traditional separation instrument.On hardware design idea is as follows: using NI PXI chassis as the cavity,including in the cavity to Power PC and FPGA as the processing core of signal processing board,1030 MHZ transmitter,a 1090 MHZ transmitter,1030 MHZ or 1030 MHZ receiver,oscilloscope measurement module control,processing,measuring module,etc.Software,display control software as a medium of human-computer interaction,mainly to complete the user's choice of test content,test command issued as well as the test results show that,etc.;The PXI bus communication based on the FPGA implementation of the main control extension and the explicit control software,including test options,test command packets,and test results echo,and other data interactions;Based on the Power PC implementation of the analysis of the test commands and the protocol resolution of the airborne collision prevention equipment;Under different test command based on the FPGA implementation of the corresponding model(including A,C,S and call mode,etc.)of asking and answering code,the received signal(including A,C,S and call mode,etc.)of the inquiry and reply signal decoding processing and multiple modes coexist hybrid coding processing,etc.In this paper,the infield testing instrument design and development process of is discussed in detail,and the final finished debugging,the experiment and contrast.By compared with the previous manual operation instrument detection,higher testing efficiency and accuracy of test results,test good human-machine interface,test operation more simple,show infield testing instrument to complete the function and goal.
