This article briefly describes the fault current limiter: As a new technical measures, fault current limiter in power system normal operation, the equivalent zero-frequency impedance, does not change the trend of normal distribution, system failure in the power failure current limiter action will limit the reactor at the appropriate time, the rapid investment, thus limiting the fault current.
