| With the rapid economic development in Hangzhou, pipeline gas is widely used and has been all over the city streets. Because of the flammable and explosive characteristics of city pipeline gas, it has a significant risk. Part of the gas pipeline in Hangzhou has been running more than twenty years, with the aging pipes and increasing corrosion, the security problem of city gas network has become an important issue faced in the gas industry. Therefore, researching on gas pipeline safety assessment of Hangzhou has important practical significance. The main papers are as follows:(1) Based on the in-depth investigation and extensive literature survey, initially analyzes the causes of accident in Hangzhou gas pipeline.(2) By comparing the typical safety assessment of city gas network applicability, determines the gas pipeline safety assessment of Hangzhou; establishes a gas accident fault tree analysis on fire and explosion puts forward some measures to control the gas accident.(3) Based on Kent expert of the indicator method, establishes city gas pipeline safety assessment model.(4) Plans the Hangzhou gas pipeline safety assessment system, and complete the design of system functions. |
