Hydraulic device and technology have been widely used in all kinds of industrialequipments, and the reliability of hydraulic components and system is related to theworking reliability of industrial equipments directly, so the research of reliability ofhydraulic components and system is important in academic and practical application, it wasimportant to improve the reliability of the whole system. In this paper, On the condition ofhaving obtained the numerical characteristics of basic random parameters, severaltechniques and methods including the modern matrix theory, probability statistical theory,hydraulic technique, statistical moment method, vibratory impulse theory, reliability designmethod and sensitivity analysis method are employed to research the failure mode ofhydraulic component and carry out the reliability design and sensitivity analysis forhydraulic system. The main content of this paper include the following aspects:①The paper puts forward the representation comparison expression of first fourth-ordermoments in matrix form, and transferred to a variety of other forms like matrix, trace ofmatrix and matrix Kronecker product. The paper also put forward the infinitesimalcalculus formula in matrix form. The matrix form is easy to transfer to calculatingprogram, obtain the reliability design and sensitivity analysis information of thestructural system, and provide the random moment of matrix method of mechanicalreliability design and reliability-based sensitivity analysis and the theoretical support forthe reliability design and sensitivity analysis.②The paper puts forward the method of reliability design and sensitivity analysis forhydraulic pressure impact vibration systems, obtains the numerical characteristics ofstate function of hydraulic pressure impact vibration systems, determines the reliabilityand sensitivity of hydraulic pipe, provides the effect of the change of design parameterson reliability of the system, solves the problem of analysis and design the hydraulicsystem under hydraulic impact, realizes the reliability design and sensitivity analysis ofhydraulic pressure impact vibration systems through computer program.③The paper put forward a reliability design and sensitivity analysis method for hydraulicvalve. On the basis of wear failure analysis, the paper researches the force analysis ofhydraulic valve, provides obtains the numerical characteristics of antiwear reliabilitystate function of hydraulic valve, determines the reliability and sensitivity of hydraulicvalve, provides the effect of the change of design parameters on reliability of hydraulic valve, solves the problem of antiwear reliability analysis and design of hydraulic valve,realizes the reliability design and sensitivity analysis of hydraulic valve throughcomputer program.④The paper put forward a reliability design and sensitivity analysis method for key partof hydraulic pump. On the basis of antiwear specific work and fatigue resistanceanalysis, the paper researches the force analysis and kinematic analysis of hydraulicplunger pump, provides obtains the numerical characteristics of antiwear reliability statefunction of the friction pair between swash plate and slipper in hydraulic plunger pump,determines the reliability and sensitivity of the friction pair between swash plate andslipper in hydraulic plunger pump, provides the effect of the change of designparameters on reliability of hydraulic plunger pump, solves the problem of antiwearreliability analysis and design of key part of hydraulic pump, realizes the reliabilitydesign and sensitivity analysis of hydraulic pump through computer program.⑤The paper put forward a vibration model and analysis method for hydraulic pipe, valveand plunger pump. Firstly, the paper obtains the natural frequency and vibrationresponse analytical form of a pinned-pinned pipe uses Housner fluid pipe oscillatorydifferential equation, solves the vibration problem of hydraulic pinned-pinned pipe,realizes the dynamic numerical simulation of hydraulic pipe through computer program.Secondly, the paper builds the vibration model of hydraulic valve under hydraulicimpact, provides the analysis method of natural frequency and vibration response forhydraulic valve, realizes the vibration simulation of hydraulic valve through computerprogram. Thirdly, the paper builds the vibration model of hydraulic plunger pump underhydraulic impact, provides the analysis method of natural frequency and vibrationresponse for hydraulic plunger pump, realizes the dynamic numerical simulation ofhydraulic plunger pump through computer program.The paper achieved all the research content and innovation above on the basis of summaryof the references, establishes the research framework of reliability of hydraulic components,solves the reliability and vibration problem of hydraulic component and system, providesthe theoretical and technical support for the reliability and safety of hydraulic system.
