| The track crane's structure composition and working principle was introduced ..And the entire design content and procedure was analyzed in this paper, in the condition of analyzing crane's developing trend home and abroad based on the company's crane develop.Based on the weak point of entire design on the current track crane, the notion"product definition"was proposed; technology tool"performance indicators system", which was used to realize the product definition, was mainly analyzed; and the significance of product definition was pointed out.Not normally many common formulas were set out, but take the enhancing part's matching calculation for example, but the technique of changing parameter was discussed based on velocity, force, to realize the aim of fluently choosing and design input, in the process of enhancing part's matching calculation, luffing part's matching calculation, rotation part's matching calculation, walking part's matching calculation.The arm's force analysis and inter force calculation was emphasized introduced in the arm's combination design. But this calculation wan simplified because of the calculation complexity in realistic working condition.Lifting performance of the track crane is the lifting ability in different arm length and margin. The lifting performance was decided by the arm's strength and stability, the anti-overturning stability, rotation part's support performance and other part's strength and stability. In this paper, the calculation method of the whole crane's lifting performance was introduced, the meaning of lifting performance curve was presented, with the curve, whether the structure was reasonable can be known.Finally, based on the track crane's developing theory calculation, the track crane's calculation program was developed for designer, attaining the aim of fast design, and wan used in real track crane develop.So, research achievement in this paper had significance in theory and engineering application. |
