As China's economic development and the scale of universities continuous expansion, college motor traffic increases rapidly, and the university campus parking problem gradually outstanding, campus traffic has become an important factor in the development of reasonable health. Based on the summarization of university campus static traffic at home and abroad development planning concept and practice,and analysize the current characteristics of static traffic of China's universities, and then puts forward static traffic planning, construction, management strategy to suit college campus development.The article adopts survey and data collecting pay equal attention to the method of Hefei university parking problems analysis, and puts forward the countermeasures and methods. The main contents include:1, According to China's present situation of university campus of Hefei universities, through investigation, a thorough analysis of the current university traffic is the main feature of the static traffic system and the problems and reasons.2, Summarizes the European &American &Asia countries campus construction experience, in reference of North America, Europe and domestic university campus transportation research and practice case then put forward our campus static traffic planning design concept.3, The author identified the shortcoming of College static transportation planning, proposed separately by motor vehicles and non motorized vehicles System Planning methods and management strategy from five aspects about the parking index determination , parking layout, parking mode choice, parking environment improvement, parking demand management.4, The paper summarizes the main research results and proposed some suggestion for the future research direction.
