The Dynamic Analysis Of Large Angle Belt Conveyor

With the rapid development of our national economy, the contradiction between supply and demand of energy and resources has become increasingly prominent, and the application of belt conveyor which is one of the most important conveying equipment of energy and resources industry has been used more widely. Besides various terrain conditions of conveyor system are frequently appeared, in special the large angle transmission lines, which requires the belt conveyer's function can be adapt to these changes and the design and calculation theory of large angle belt conveyor can be of generalization. But the traditional design method of belt conveyor uses static rigid theory, which only considers working condition of conveyor smoothly running, which to the large angle belt conveyor is not feasible. Because the starting tension of large angle upward belt conveyor and the braking tension of large angle downward belt conveyor are very large, if do not consider the two conditions, the design of belt conveyor is not reasonable, which cause serious consequences. This paper which is the dynamic analysis of large angle belt conveyor is mainly analysis the starting and braking condition of large angle belt conveyor, which provides the reasonable basic of choosing components for designer, to realize reliability and safety, and has important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper first studies the character of conveyor belt, aim to wire core conveyer belt which is used by large angle belt conveyor, establishes the viscoelastic model of the belt and introduces the model parameters testing and calculating methods. Then studies tension device, drive device and brake device of the belt conveyors, and specially analysis the mechanical properties of the equipment which are suitable for large angle belt conveyor. which emphatically analyzes the economic and practical heavy hammer car tension device and establishes its dynamics model; focus on studying the driving character of the liquid viscidity transmission device, and analyzes its controllability, analyses on the braking mechanism of large angle upward and downward belt conveyor, and put forward braking characteristic request. Combined with the model and the characteristics of conveyor components, establishes the dynamics model of large angle belt conveyor. Finally, compiles the dynamic analysis program by the matlab language, solves the equations of conveyor by matlab's ODE solver,and simulates the starting and braking process.
