The Research On Energy Efficiency And Power Monitoring Of Public Building

As the global warming and the shortage of resources problems is more and more serious. All over the world are intensifying the energy-saving and emission-reducing.For the huge energy-saving potential of public buildings, strengthening public building energy efficiency has become the consensus and the necessary choice in the societyIn the past, experts and scholars concerned with building design, economic and environmental benefits for the full life, but neglected the energy consumption management in the run phase. Developing energy-saving evaluation standards is a directness and effective method to urge the smooth progress of building energy-saving. The ultimate objective of this article is proposing a operational energy-saving evaluation method for run public building.This article mainly works as follows.Firstly, building collectiong and analysis system of energy consumption, including hardware collection network, collection terminal software design and realization of visual analysis software of user terminal. Secondly, energy data analysis, fulfill historical investigation and analysis of electrical equipment with the support of collection database and analysis software. Again, make the energy-saving strategy, depending on the results of data analysis to develop specific energy-saving strategy and design implementation programmes. Then, implement and validate energy-saving strategies, in accordance with the programme to implement the strategies and make preliminary verification of strategy's effectiveness. Finally, the article disscuss the assessment methods of building energy saving, propose energy-saving coefficient,reflect the utilization efficiency of target building, using the combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, introduces the concept of dynamic weight, evaluate the energy efficiency of building.This research provides a complete practice project for public office building during operational phase, including collection and analysis of electric energy data, implementation of strategys,and evaluation for energy-saving level.It will be a feasible research for monitoring and evaluation of energy consumption of public buildings.
