| In the current environment of energy conservation and emission reduction,countries all over the world are vigorously developing energy-saving industries and paying attention to improving household energy efficiency.According to the National Energy Administration of China,residential electricity consumption has exceeded 15%of the country’s total electricity consumption,and will continue to grow rapidly.With the development of technologies such as non-intrusive load monitoring,data at the multi-dimensional device level will be acquired,and a clearer understanding of the user’s power usage will be made,and it is possible to analyze the user’s power usage behavior.How to make better use of this data has become a hot topic in current research.Different users have different power usage modes under different circumstances,and there are differences.Therefore,this paper develops a study of user portraits and comprehensive energy efficiency assessments for the energy use of home users.In view of the increase in the amount of power data and data types,and the degree of data refinement,how to use these data to generate corresponding value has become a research hotspot.This paper proposes a user portrait construction method by studying the user portrait of the power user.By constructing the user portrait label system,the refined electricity consumption data is used for analysis,and the user image is combined with the power marketing data.Through this study,users can be characterized by their electrical behavior characteristics,electrical characteristics,electrical habits,etc.,and users are classified by different behavioral characteristics.The tag model combines the use of electricity data with marketing data to provide an accurate overview of the user’s electrical behavior characteristics,and the power company can accurately market for different types of users.After obtaining the power user portrait,how to evaluate the energy efficiency of the user’s electricity consumption through comprehensive evaluation methods,and guide the user to use electricity becomes the next research focus.This paper proposes a system of energy efficiency assessment indicators for residents by analyzing the factors affecting residents’ energy efficiency.The indicator construction method is clear,operational,easy to acquire and quantify.Based on NILM information,user classification and comprehensive evaluation and combining the Entity Preference Method with Similarity to An Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)to conduct user energy efficiency assessment and analysis.Finally,through some case studies,the effectiveness of home energy efficiency assessment methods based on non-intrusive information is verified,the characteristics and deficiencies of users’ energy use are analyzed,and corresponding energy recommendations are given. |
