Study On The Planning And Design Of Model Base On New Countryside Construction In Changsha Area

As a sunrise industry in China, sightseeing orchard well combines the primary industry (agriculture) with the tertiary industry (mainly ecotourism) and has been developed rapidly in Changsha area with its unique development mode, crowned with good economic, ecological and social benefits. Currently, China is on the key stage of building new socialist countryside, and thus it is of great importance for new countryside construction in Changsha to make the most of the advantages of sightseeing orchard and make sightseeing orchard applicable to new countryside construction scientifically and reasonably.On the basis of literature study and field survey on new countryside building in China and abroad as well as the related information concerning planning and design of sightseeing orchard, the fundamental conditions and various resources of Zuojiashan in Ningxiang County, Hunan province were surveyed and analyzed on the spot. The guiding theory, construction duration and task step per year, development strategy and functional localization were framed, on the basis of which the plan of land utilization, concept planning and design of each functional area, concept planning of living area for the villagers, concept planning and design of infrastructure construction, concept planning and design of environmental landscape, etc were conducted. By a series of planning and design, the agriculture industry structure was upgraded and through the combination of traditional first industry with flourishing third industry, the income level, quality and living environment of farmers were feasibly improved, and thus the planning and design of sightseeing orchard was appropriately and successfully applied to new socialist countryside building of Zuojiashan Village.Based on the planning and design of the creative model dedicated to the new countryside base of Zuojiashan, the application principle of sightseeing orchard in the new countryside building of Changsha was summarized, and a brand new economic development mode of the rural areas was proposed. Meanwhile, it promoted the culture construction of countryside, management of public affairs in countryside and social organization building and met the requirements for a new socialism rural area in China that involve product development, affluent life, cleanliness and tidiness of villages, local custom civilization and democratic management, opening a new way for building socialist new country of Changsha and setting a good example.
