Studies On Sightseeing Orchard Of Planning And Design

With the development of economy, industrialized society has demanded too much of the environment, which causes the quality of the ecological environment deteriorating continuously. Crowded cities and high-paced life make people become more enthusiastic to be closer to nature. Thus, the idea of "back to nature" occurs strongly. The sightseeing orchard is created in this context, it is also a product of understanding the ecology and nature.The sightseeing orchard as something new, with features such as tourism, recreation, manufacturing, education, ecological and cultural tourism, etc., can achieve a high level of unity in social, economic, ecological and can meet the psychological needs of people.Combining literary theory and practice, the author has done an extensive research on the current situation in the designs of existing sightseeing orchard. In this article, the main theories include landscape aesthetics, sustainability, pomology and fruit growing, fruit allelopathy, landscape ecology, psychology of tourism, low-carbon theory, etc. The example used here is the design of a sightseeing orchard with the first discussion on the application of low-carbon concept in Baishui town, Qiyang County. For example, to build a low-carbon tourist traffic system in the park, it’s suggested to use low-carbon transport tools such as electric touring cars and bicycles. Besides, to limit carbon emissions from buildings in the park, architectural design and building materials with low-carbon emission are highly recommended in this research. Meanwhile, tourism activities in the park should encourage the idea of low-carbon and get people to participate in the action of creating a low-carbon environment. Furthermore, the idea of low-carbon also appears in the waterscape design and infrastructure constructions in the park. All these aspects work together, aim to create a beautiful and sustainable sightseeing orchard and to finally achieve some practical values and meaning.
