The development and utilization of nuclear energy have made a great contribution to improving the living environment and raising living standards of mankind. However, while nuclear power plants generate electricity, a certain amount of radioactive waste and the amount of spent fuel has also produced at the same time. Whether these radioactive waste can be handled properly is directly related to human health and environmental safety. To this end, China has independently developed a set of effluent treatment and disposal system-the nuclear island waste treatment control system (KSN).KSN system deal with all kinds of radioactive waste which produced during the nuclear power plant operation, and continuously purify the reactor coolant. Thus the process systems must meet the requirements of preventing the leakage of radioactive material and protecting the safety of public radiation, operating safely and reliably to ensure the high availability ratio required by nuclear power plant operation. Therefore, through the test evaluation means, to check whether the system meet the advance requirement of the function, performance and interface, etc. The major goal of test can be summarized as through the inspection and provide objective evidence that the needs of specific intended use is satisfied.Through the analysis of the design documents, such as Technical Specification, System Assembly Drawings and Equipment Supplier Specification, etc, of KSN control system in this paper, I have drawn a set of suitable testing program. When testing, the test cases should be as complete as possible and the test procedure should be as detailed as possible, And then compare the input, output and other dynamic run behavior to the test cases one by one. After all the tests done, the hardware configuration and the function of KSN control system are able to meet the requirements of the factory acceptance criteria. Ultimately achieve the available rate of the entire KSN control system (including digital system and conventional instrumentation and control equipment)not less than99.99%, MTBF (mean time between failures) is greater than100,000hours.By the research of specific contents and methods of the test work of KSN control system during the entire factory acceptance testing phase, I summed up a set of test scenarios. It provides a methodological basis for the future development and improvement of the testing program.
