The measurement and sorting of radioactive waste is a requirement and an important way to minimize the radioactive waste,and that is why this sorting system of radioactive waste measurement is designed and studied.Because of the large difference in measurement and sorting measures taken by radioactive waste,the sorting technology is lack of demonstration and the comprehensive consideration of the systematic and the whole process is not formed.Therefore,systematic research is carried out on the measurement and sorting technology of radioactive waste,the scientific implementation of the measurement and sorting of radioactive waste and the combination of radioactive waste.On the basis of the research of the radioactive waste measurement and sorting system,this essay will respectively focus on the performance of the three subsystems: the screening device,the measuring device and the sorting device.From the three aspects of the screening,detecting and sorting of the radioactive waste and the mathematical models are set up for each device,and the parameters of the multi-targets are innovatively constructed.The optimized design of the measuring device improves the processing capacity of the whole system.This paper mainly studies the following aspects.1.The theoretical analysis of the radioactive waste measurement and sorting system: a radioactive waste measurement and sorting system is designed,which is one of the screening device,the measuring device and the sorting device.In order to determine the thickness of the radioactive level to be detected,an adjustable mechanical baffle is designed to meet the adjustment requirements of thickness.In order to synchronize the radiation detector with the transmission device,the two-stage continuous detection method of the dual detector is designed and designed.This method greatly improves the efficiency of the whole system.In order to shield the external environment and the influence of the scattering of gamma ray incident on the detector measurement,the Monte Carlo method is used to design the shield structure and calculate the thickness of the shield.2.The mathematical model of the screening device and the measuring device in the radioactive waste measurement and sorting system is established respectively.The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the target function,and the MATLAB program corresponding to the genetic algorithm is used to solve the parameters and the processing quantity.In order to meet the maximum value of the measuring device,the relevant parameters of the vibrating feeder are corrected and the related parameters of the crusher and the automatic center vibrating screen are corrected.3.The control of radioactive waste measurement and sorting system adopts PLC automatic control,analyzes the work flow of the whole system,based on the programming theory of SIEMENS S7-200 PLC,and the programming of ladder diagram and function block diagram of system control by STEP 7-Micro WIN V4.0 SP9 programming software.For the program that has been compiled,we use the S7-200 simulation software V5.0 Sinicization simulator to debug this program.4.Setting up a small experimental platform for radioactive waste measurement and sorting system,using the programmable controller to program the SIEMENS PLC programming,the motor controls the operation of each conveyor belt,and controls the start and stop of each device by the table control program,and realizes the operation of the system transmission and sorting.
