Study On Flawless Management For Mechanical And Electrical Installation Project

As the construction is an important component of the project, construction unit and the owners have received more and more concern and attention by mechanical and electrical installation engineering project, because the electromechanical installation project possesses many factors, such as technical, complexity, multiple organization involvement, frequent interaction of different working procedures, etc. All of these factors will cause schedule or quality problems, which directly result to cost increscent and the profiling of the project completion. It is why the electromechanical installation works must increase its efficiency thorough best practice of management.The main idea of this paper is to apply the lean management method in manufacturing community. Base on flawless theory between procedures, the lean management is studied for optimizing the procedures of electromechanical installation work. More over, the reasons of flaw generation between procedures, the influences of these flaws to the cost, schedule and quality are studied; the means of eliminating these flaws are also discussed. As example of electromechanical installation project is examined for discussing the possible flaws, then the description of flaw generation and extension control through different measures in cost, quality, schedule and safety are discussed.The thesis is beneficial and can be referred the practices who are involved in the work of electromechanical installation.
