Mechanical-electrical-hydraulic system in the field of engineering, metallurgy, aviation and shipping industries has been widely used, along with the industrial demand, features have been increasingly prominent in its large scale, complication of operation condition and load power equipment. Real-time and effective monitoring of equipment is the guarantee of the safe and reliable operation.On the basis of traditional equipment, mechanical-electrical-hydraulic equipment emphasis on more coordination and integration of various technologies. System operation information has been more and more complicated in the process of energy transfer, transformation and dissipation, it’s more difficulty to monitor the operation conditions of mechanical-electrical-hydraulic equipment, the internal element parameters, extraction and analysis of the signal feature. Therefore, in order to ensure safeness, reliable operation of the system and the typical fault early warning, diagnose, The paper combining with the actual system operating environment, industrial PC and virtual instrument technology, designed and developed for the measurement and control system of test platform. Paper’s main work is as follows:Firstly, according to the working principle of the mechanical-electrical-hydraulic platform, combining with the measurement-control system hardware installation and debugging process, the paper analyzes the functional requirements of the mechanical-electrical-hydraulic system and designs of its measurement-control scheme of test platform.Secondly, based on the LabVIEW software platform, the paper developed PC program about mechanical-electrical-hydraulic measurement-control system of test platform. Combined with the measurement-control scheme, under the guidance of modularization program design idea, using the graphical language to write the monitoring program, which contains system pressure, flow rate, rotational speed, torque, temperature, three-phase electrical signal parameters and so on, completed the frequency control of motor speed, speed and volume of the control program and digital load. It is verified the accuracy and reliability about measurement-control system in the operation of mechanical-electrical-hydraulic test platform through the experiment.Thirdly, using measurement-control system of the mechanical-electrical-hydraulic test platform, three phase current signals had been collected to reduce the dimension of 3d current data and data redundancy through the principal component analysis method, which improves the speed of current signal fusion and implements the operation identification in the electric drive system based on the three phase current signals in the motor.Lastly, the development of the corresponding PCA module and graphic display module based on electrical signal fusion of electric which applied in running state recognition technology provides a new and reliable identification technology for the electric drive system of condition monitoring.
