Landscape Design Study Of Residential Area In North China

As China's urbanization process accelerating, residential areas come out in large numbers. At present, Landscape Project in a number of residential areas in north China practices as a reference to the South of similar projects, and ignores the northern region which should reflect the characteristics of the landscape, so that makes a series of problems of residential area on landscape design in North China, such as without considerable scene in winter, lacking of landscape-level, partial landscape elements and landscape facilities can not be maintenanted effectively etc.Therefore, targeted and local living environment of landscape design can provide more comfortable and convenient environment for the occupants in living environment and space to satisfy the residents requirements in many aspects that include physical and mental etc, thereby a good social and environmental benefits can be created.The Paper firstly discusses the study on background, as well as object and research methods. Then it is discussed from a macro perspective on value of Landscape design in urban Residential Environment, composition elements as well as design principles,procedures and methods (Chapter II), thus following the presentation and analysis of specific issues to provide a theoretical basis to explore and support; Then, I pointed out the northern residential area by an example research and data collection and the design principles of landscape design commonly violated several phenomenon, and the northern Beijing and Tianjin areas of a few of more successful landscape design and real estate projects are analyzed in order to support this point of view (Chapter III); Finally, from a microscopic point of view, there is a problem for the specific and targeted analysis of the northern residential area of several residential areas under the geographical features of the landscape elements of the specific design techniques.This paper attempts to summarize some reference design methods for urban residential area in north China landscape design problems to seek their solution by the study of Beijing and Tianjin residential landscape design.
