| In China,building energy consumption accounts for about 1/4 of the total social energy consumption,and presents an increasing trend.Enhancing building energy efficiency is the key to reduce national energy consumption and improve building environmental harm.The renovation of building envelope is the simplest and most effective way to reduce building energy consumption,but there are still many problems in the evaluation of energy conservation renovation of residential building envelope.In the aspect of the evaluation system,there is a lack of the evaluation system for the energysaving renovation of the residential building envelope.In terms of evaluation technology,there are some problems,such as low efficiency of information processing,low accuracy of energy consumption simulation and strong subjectivity of scheme selection.Therefore,the research on the existing problems in the evaluation of the energy-saving renovation of the building envelope and the establishment of a comprehensive and scientific comprehensive evaluation method for the energy-saving renovation of the building envelope are conducive to the healthy development of the energy-saving renovation of the building in China.The main purpose of this study is to establish a comprehensive and objective evaluation index system and decision-making model for the existing non-green residential building envelope structure which has the necessity of energy-saving transformation.On the basis of the research background and domestic and foreign research,this paper uses literature research,attribute hierarchy model analysis method,multi-attribute decision making theory and other methods to carry out the research.Firstly,the basic framework of this study is established based on the research background,research status,research purpose and significance,etc.,and then the building information model and energysaving transformation of envelope structure are taken as the basic theories of this paper.Secondly,based on BIM technology,simulation analysis is carried out on the energy consumption,comfort,light environment,visibility,greenhouse gas emissions and project cost of the building,so as to serve as the technical basis and partial data sources for the evaluation of the reconstruction scheme.To comprehensive,scientific,gradation index selection principle,such as energy-saving reform key elements from mining,residential construction characteristics,construction planning theory,foreign green building assessment system,and multiple aspects of preliminary selection evaluation index,the residential building enclosure structure energy saving reconstruction of index is optimized by means of questionnaire survey,and the final formation of the index system was,set up the index scale,form a complete evaluation system.Finally,based on attribute hierarchy model and multi-attribute decision-making theory,the evaluation decisionmaking model of energy-saving renovation of envelope structure was established,and the rationality of the evaluation method was analyzed and verified by taking the family residential building of Agricultural Bank of China in Guangyuan City,Sichuan Province as an example.The value of this study was based on BIM residential building palisade structure of energy-saving renovation comprehensive evaluation method,this method from the multiangle consideration retrofit scheme,improve the decision-making level of evaluation,to improve the traditional residential buildings on the evaluation of the enclosure structure energy saving reconstruction problem of low efficiency and low accuracy of the information processing,can promote the development of residential enclosure structure energy saving renovation work,has a certain guidance and practical value. |
