| With the rapid development of the chemical industry of China, transport of dangerous goods is growing rapidly. In view of the special physical characteristics of the transport of dangerous goods,it will bring serious consequences in the event of an accident,so transport of dangerous goods arouse a big threat to to the residents and the environment along the road. Regulating dangerous goods transport channel, optimizing the transportation network and the corresponding sections of the management program, not only can reduce the risk of the transport of dangerous, but also reduce the consequences of the accident, and will inevitably have a far-reaching significance for the urban security of the transport of dangerous goods.The first step is to choose the path of the transport of dangerous goods. In order to implement this research and quantify the indicators, road characteristics and nature of land along the section has been used to evaluate the risk,simultaneously,the emergency response capacity is considered as the correction factor to improve the risk model, and the BPR impedance function is applied to calculate the road costs. a path optimization model is created with the target risk and cost.To solve this model, Floyd and Astar algorithm is proposed,and realized by matlab. On this basis, Scoring method is presented to compare the k-Shortest Paths of the double targets.Bi-level optimization model is quoted to transport network optimization of the dangerous goods. The upper optimization model is the model with minimal risk, considering the volatility of demand forecasts, we quote the robust optimization idea to this model, then the network optimization model with minimal risk is established based on the robust optimization Supposed the travel behavior of the company as the case that randomly selecting transport routes, SUE model is cited to the lower model. In the optimizing solution process, use Lingo software to solve the upper optimization model, to establish an initial optimal network, and use Tanscad software to solve the SUE model.The total cost by the solving results of the following model is added to the upper optimization model as the constraint,and repeat this solution process until obtain an optimized transport network.According to the difference of the risk and amount of dangerous goods,one classification method of the sections for transpot of dangerous goods is proposed based on the fuzzy clustering theory and the classification method with the total minimum error. Then the corresponding management strategies for the classified sections is proposed to provide a reliable basis for the government. |
