Infrared imaging guidance technology plays a very importantrole in the field of precision guide. Infrared imaging guidance technology was developed on the basis of infrared point-source missile guidance technology, and is currently the main stream of the infrared guidance technology. Its seekers usually use infrared focal plane array detector. Although this kind of detectors has very high sensitivity and frame frequency it is also more susceptible of stray light, and in some conditions target signal will be"drowned"by stray light signal, leading to the lose of the target. Therefore the evaluation of seeker performance against stray light interference is very necessary.To meet the needs of the assessment of infrared imaging guidance seeker against stray light, a stray light test equipment was developed.The equipment can test and quantitatively analyze infrared imaging guidance disturbed by stray light. In addition, because of the output image signal of seeker generally utilize LVDS or HOTLink format for data transfer, and the data in these formats can not received by stray light test equipment directly, a seeker signal disposal card was designed. This card can converse a variety of different models of the seeker output image signal into the formats the test equipment can recognize. This work is based on a cooperation project between Tianjin University and China Air-to-air Missile Research Institute.The main content of the thesis are the followings:1. According to the technical requirements, the stray light test equipment design scheme and the sub-module design was was decribed; the signal conditioning card design was proposed;2. Based on MCU temperature monitoring systemincluding the xenon lamp temperature monitoring, the sun body temperature monitoring and control simulator cabinet body monitoring was designed; thermocouple and digital DS18B20 were used for the tenmerature sensors;3. Based onVC+ + 6.0, the measurement and control software package including the motion control, image acquisition and image processing three function modules was programmed.;4. The scheme of the seeker signal disposal card's were designed and decribed in details, including LVDS receiving circuit, HOTLink communication circuit, data buffer circuit, the power supply module design and electromagnetic compatibility, etc.;5. The software program of the seeker signal disposal card was described in detail, including the requirement analysis, overall design and sub-module design, etc.;6. Experiments were conducted to verify the properties of the equipment and the results were analyzed.7. Conclusions were drawn based on the above work and the prospects were given for future development.
