Low-light-level-telescope can clearly observe target and targeting in weak light conditions without exposing itself, overcoming the weaknesses of infrared-sighting Aiming easily exposed,so that it has been widely used in modern all-weather combat.An important indicator to assess their reliability is the Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)."Low-light-level-telescope reliability testing equipment " project developed a set of reliability test equipment with wide applicable range, high precision, more intelligent Low-level-light-telescope, image acquisition and monitoring system is the main contents of this paper. According to the latest national testing standards, this paper studies on image acquisition and monitoring subsystem of Low-light-level-telescope testing equipment, the specific contents are as follows:Firstly, the overall consisting of shimmer sights reliability test equipment system is given, and functional requirements as well as technical requirements of the system is given.Secondly, the hardware and software design of the image acquisition and monitoring system is given, according to the technical requirements this paper selects the cameras and image computers, software design takes modular design, and it discusses the module function and design ideas.Finally, it focuses on problems and difficulties of software design standard image acquisition, image fault automatic identification, image failure parameter extraction.It gives image processing renderings by using image processing algorithms such as multi-image average method, image segmentation, morphological operations, thresholding, particle analysis in the Lab VIEW platform.
