Reserch On Cost Management Of Electic Transmission Line Projects

With the rapid development of electric power in China, the cost control in electric transmission line projects play a more and more important role nowadays. Project cost management shows its significant theoretical meaning and pragmatic value.Based on the research on the theory of project cost management at home and abroad, combined with the analysis on practical problems in cost management in electric transmission line project, the main idea of Whole Process Cost Control methods in Electric Transmission Line projects is proposed in this paper. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of Whole Process Cost Control methods in integrated applications, a specific Electric Transmission Line project is emphatically analyzed and verified on the cost control in decision-making stage, designing stage and implementation stage on the strength of the substantial data.
