Along with China's economic growth and rising living standards, China's aerospace industry is growing at unimaginable pace. The establishment of China Commercial Aircraft Company in 2008 and launch of C919 project marks the start-up of major strategy by the State Council to build an innovative country, to improve our capability of independent innovation and enhance the country's core competitiveness. Compared to the international aerospace market growth rate, China's market is clearly become a global hot spots. However, as a developing country, China still has insufficient experience for the aviation and aerospace industry, which is technology and capital intensive, and hard to apply in the commercial area. Therefore, multinational aerospace companies own the cost advantages when expanding their business into fast-growing Chinese market. At the same time, they encounter the issues in how to choose local suppliers, how to response to unpredictable emerging market risks and etc. This article focuses on enhancing companies'capability in improving the efficiency of supply chain integration and cost reduction by research of vendor selection and process optimization in the aerospace product transfer project, so as to help companies ultimately to achieve growth goal as well as the overall development strategy in the aerospace market.Aviation cable is just a small part in plane, but just as people's nerve connected with various critical units in the plane. Therefore, the connector, as an important part for the aviation cable, occupies a very crucial position in the supply chain transition. Although the supplier has relative abundance experience for OEM and R&D, and the injection molding process is relatively mature, aerospace industry has higher standards for technology, quality, accuracy, functionality and management, therefore the supplier is still in initial stage. Moreover, it lacks in experience of collaboration with multinational aerospace company. These problems led to a long span of the product transition projects, wastes, suppliers cannot meet the yield rate metric requirements for ramp-up phase and so on. Consequently, optimizing the transition process and improving supplier's yield rate become very important and practical subjects. The basic theory and methods of injection molding, experimental design and process optimization are researched firstly in this article. Then the actual transfer projects of products in supply chain and use of DMAIC in six sigma are analyzed for company A to figure out unreasonable factors and improvement points. Moreover, analysis has also shown that problem of deficiencies would be the potential factor of delay of overall project duration. Injection molding 's techniques on site of suppler is observed and analyzed by combining profound research of supplier production and characters to take action for deficiencies like black points. Factorial method experimental design has successfully dealt with the problem of black spots in injection molding. It has positive impact on improving deficiencies and integration of supply chain.
