Facing the serious worldwide problems caused by energy crisis and environmental pollution, Ice storage air-conditioning system shows many excellent characteristics, It's the one of the effective measure to level electric load, it can improving the efficiency of energy use and reduce fuel consumption and has important significance of energy saving and emission reduction. So it has an active and realistic meaning to study the ice slurry.Ice slurry is a kind of solid-liquid two-phase solution which contains vast tiny ice crystals, and is equipped with good fluidity, giant phase change latent heat and the ability of fast releasing the cold energy. It's an effective coolant and belongs to the dynamic ice thermal storage technology. Compared with static ice-making cool storage system, its initial investment and running cost decreases, and has fast load response speed. So the developing potentiality of this system is tremendous.This paper summarizes the main types of dynamic ice-making system at present, and analyzes their advantages and disadvantage, one of the most simple and less-investment way is to utilize the supercooled water, which will be widely used in the future. So this paper has done concentrated research this method, the aim is to develop a dynamic ice-making device which is compact, easy to use, efficient and cost-sensible. The supercooler is the core part of this device, ice agglomeration is the most serious problem, according to the fundamental theory of ice crystals generating, we analyze the homogeneous nucleation and heterogeneous nucleation ways of nucleation process and the facts which affect ice crystals generating, and draw a conclusion that the degree of supercooling of supercooler's internal face is the key to prevent ice agglomeration. From this perspective, through analyzing and comparing double pipe heat exchanger and plate heat exchanger, we find the plate heat exchanger better suits as the supercooler, and use FLUENT to simulate the flow and heat exchange in the plate heat exchanger. At the same time, based on analyzing the dynamic ice-making devices put forward by former researcher, we put forward a new dynamic ice-making device, through the continuous improvement and innovation, we put forward a new dynamic ice-making device, compared with original device, it is more compact, easy to use, efficient and cost-sensible. We eliminate the electric heater used for melting ice and the secondary refrigerating system used for stabilizing the evaporating temperature. Even ice agglomeration happened, we can melt ice rapidly by the refrigerant vapor with high temperature from compressor exit, and having no effect on dynamic ice-making. At last, we build the laboratorial platform and do some experimental research.
