With the constant development of economy and society, people's living standard has been improving. Fossil fuels are being overly mined and decreased, such as oil, natural gas and coal; Air and water pollution, the greenhouse effect, ozone depletion and other environmental problems need to be solved; All that seems to be a pair of contradictions with the growth of population and the human's demand for high quality of life. Therefore, many countries and all walks of life in the world have been doing the research and exploration for the technologies of energy conservation. This article embarks from the aquatic product refrigeration, expounds the advantages of ice slurry, and combines the utilization of waste heat and improvement of efficiency of ice slurry production and water desalination, for deep sea fishing boats.Firstly, this paper introduces the advantages of ice slurry, in the field of aquatic product refrigeration, comparing with traditional refrigeration technology, and introduces the present situation of different kinds of ice slurry machine, emphatically.Then, with different concentrations(2~10 wt%) of salt solution and different concentrations(5~20 wt%) of ethylene glycol solution for preparing liquid, utilize existing scraped surface generator to test temperature curves at different flow rates, calculate the ice machine's refrigerating efficiency under corresponding conditions. the latent heat releasing phase is not a phase equilibrium, the final temperature of the concentration of solution and its corresponding to the freezing point are similar, and a little on the low side. The sensible heat of the two kinds of circulation flow stage exothermic temperature drop rate is different, but in the end, ice content are the same. The higher the concentration of the solution, the smaller the refrigerating capacity, the lower the refrigeration efficiency, and so on. Lay the foundation for the ice making machine, in the actual process.Furthermore, at the background of deep sea fishing boats, waste-heat utilization of diesel engine, ice slurry making and seawater desalination are combined, by the cascade refrigeration cycle system with jet refrigeration and ice making system. The system total refrigerating power can reach 2021.5 kW, relative to conventional ice making system to reduce the energy consumption of power is 142.78 kW. Accounting for 15.86% of the energy consumption of auxiliary engine in ships, saving fuel costs more than 70 ten thousands yuan a year And with the use of ice slurry, the energy consumption of reverse osmosis desalination system will be reduced by 12177.13 kW/h, meanwhile achieve a more efficient use of wasted heat and ice slurry.All in all, this paper expounds the advantages of ice slurry in the seafood refreshment, and design the cascaded refrigeration cycle, combining with the actual ocean fishing vessels of waste heat utilization and the demand of the seawater desalination. That reduce the energy consumption of the deep sea boats vastly.
