In recent years, as the development of economic and the improvement of the people's living conditions, people pay more attention to the quality of food. A new subject - controlled freezing point technology is also gradually on the rise. In the controlled freezing point technology, ice slurry is an effective coolant with excellent characteristics. For the convenience of storage and transportation, ice slurry system has many advantages compared with conventional ice storage systems, so we can deal with ice slurry in ice-temperature storage devices. However, at the present time, the chock point of the dynamic ice making system is how to generate ice crystal without ice adhesion onto the heat exchange surface. In this thesis, the single-bubble heat transfer theory before the ice crystal formation, the single-bubble formation theory before the ice crystal forming, single phase change volume heat transfer coefficient theory before the ice crystal formation, double phase change of the ice crystal formation theory after ice crystal formation are research theoretically. Then oriented at practical industrial application, a new kind of ice slurry generator is designed and made. The design includes ice generator heat exchanger design, the condenser refrigeration cycle design, the fan design, containing coolant circulation plate heat exchanger design and calculation, the corresponding sheet metal design and so on. Meanwhile, the thesis also designs a CAT system based on KingView and does experimental research. With analysis of various factors, including mixers, aeration rate, coolant temperature in the outlet containing on the solution of the dynamic ice-making process, the effects of the ice volume change with the various parameters have been investigated by the data curve. Finally we optimize various parameters to improve the ice-making capacity.
