Strategy Research Of Spacial Integration In Scenic-led New Rural Communities

In recent years, China's tourism scenic spots on construction, brings a lot of opportunities and challenges for the construction of the surrounding countryside. The rise of the third industry which gives full priority to the tourism, provide the impulsion of development to the construction of new rural community. The outer space pattern and the lifestyle of the people in the community present momentum of diverse development. The spatial relation between the scenic spot and the community is increasingly close. Meanwhile, due to the simple and crude tourism development, the devastation of the man-land relationship and the cultural tradition in some new rural community emerge in endlessly. It is grim that the traditional community growing style is serious impacted.As the spatial features and development conditions of the scenic-led new rural community are different. The way of its spatial integration can't be generalized. The international research about "the space development of community tourism" can't fully adapt to our new building in rural communities. Our existing studies of the scenic-led new rural community lack the theory and practices. The exploration of spatial relationships between the two has not formed a complete system. Consequently, it is very important to choose the way of spatial integration contraposed the relationship between the trends of the new rural community's spatial development and impulses provided by tourist industry.In this paper, our research object is the strategy of scenic-led new rural community's spatial integration. This paper expounded the spatial features and issues in "Resource-oriented new rural community" "scenic service-oriented new rural"community"and"scenic"lead radiation-oriented new rural community", which are formed as the different approach of Industrial cluster. Pointed out the process of the spacial transition about new rural community tend to spatial integration, transformation of industrial space and expansion of human space, which is forced by "scenic attraction of external radiation" and "driving force within the community".In combination with relevant examples, this paper Innovative uses both of "integration of the regional dimension of space" and the "development dimension in spatial integration", systematic discusses how to get optimal allocation of resources among the elements between community and scenic or communities in the regional context, excavates of the potential law in the micro-physical spacial construction of three new rural communities. Proposing the strategy of spacial integration and supporting measures for the land use, tourism, resources and facilities and space system of village in the regional level; and based on this, described different types of spatial distribution of new rural communities in the micro-level and the direction of physical spacial Integration, this paper is aimed at exploration about "scenic-led new rural community's" path of sustainable spatial development, and promotion of this type of community's order update.
