As an important part of enterprise information management task, project planning and scheduling plays a very important role in the production process of the manufacturing sector. Without good planning, it is easy to lead a company to face failure and suffering . The research of project planning and scheduling has made a great of progress and produced many results in the past years. However, the practical application of these methods has certain limitations or defects.Based on the needs of project planning system and the deficiencies for schedule research in the enterprise, firstly the architecture of the project scheduling system is given in this thesis with the fast scheduling algorithm based on water module proposed. Then the feasibility of the algorithm's application in project planning and scheduling is verified. After that, the detailed design of the system are given. This scheduling algorithm based on water module can respond quickly and give the right solution; As the project planning system is used in distributed environment, the access control strategy based on the domain environment and key parts of the solution are given.How to integrate the project planning system into the information platform and allow users work together on the platform should be both considered in the thesis. Based on the needs of system integrated, the thesis analyzes the framework level model of the current enterprise information. According to the level and depth of application integration, the solution based on the workflow and the technology of interface automation is proposed. For the technology of interface automation, detailed solutions for the work principle, the recognition program for the identification of interface elements particularly the non-standard object, and the control theory of interface automatic are given together. Also the detailed explanation and key codes for the technique of workflow, such as affair driven mechanism and persistence technology are given in the thesis.Finally, the application effect of the Water Model Algorithm in the project scheduling is described in the thesis. Meanwhile, the practical application of the project scheduling module integrated with the KaiMu PDM is given verifying the feasibility and effectiveness based on the interface of automation integration.
