With the development of automobile industry and the increase in traffic, people are also rising the requirements on the bus shape, quality and comfort. The research of the outside sliding door open and close not only has good performance, and the bus with good air power, fuel economy and travel convenience. This paper focuses on the performance of the outside sliding doors open and close and the start of motor control, specifically to do the following tasks:1,Aaccording to literature data, analysis the rotation sliding doors and electric door system works and carried out detailed to simplify the complex in the settlement put the organization, increase the motor output power, and change sliding friction to rolling friction ,using a floating motor bearing for the outside sliding door crank institutions. And use closed vector method to analysis the crank theory.2,Create three-dimensional model of the outside sliding doors in the UG software, and the model is imported into ADAMS / View, the solution achieved by using the cam roller and slide Vice bound, achieved by three Vice-slip trails constraints and several other difficult issues, establish of a virtual prototype of the outside sliding door.3,The motor speed can be achieved for the purpose of the outside sliding door open and close by the ADAMS software.Using IF function, combined with the STEP function, which can meet the design requirements, but also solved a single function in the numerical simulation is easy to produce mutants problems.
