The vehicle suspension system is one of the main indicators of the automobile performance and has been obtaining great attention since the car came. Now with the rapid development of economy and society and the significant improvement of living standard, people have an increasing demand in the aspect of the vehicle performance. But vehicle suspension system has a direct impact on drive smooth, control stability and ride comfort. It has some practical meaning to research the further development of suspension system and set up the system of special dynamics simulation analysis and optimization. This paper taking the car front suspension system as the research object, using the multi-body dynamics theory and software, basing on the development platform of ADAMS/View and the language of cmd offered in the ADAMS, further develop the system of it and establish the dynamics simulation analysis and optimization module which, according to the inputing working conditions, is able to quickly complete the model, simulation and optimization of car front suspension system and automatically realize the extraction, management and display of data in the analysis results. The specific research content mainly included:(1)First introduced the concept and classification of automobile suspension and the composition of the suspension system, summarized the research current situation analysis of suspension system at home and abroad putted forward the main research contents and significance of this paper.(2)Introduced the theoretical basis of making analysis of Kinematics, static and dynamics through Using ADAMS and the parameterized modeling of Auto front suspension, taking the double wishbone independent front suspension for example to describe the major process of parameterized modeling, detailed how to make the user dialog box by using the editor and edit the user menu according to the menu grammar.(3)Introduced the related process of further developing the car front suspension, realized the parameterized modeling, simulation analysis, post-processing curve and optimization design of car front suspension, set up the special dynamics simulation and optimization system which is able to conveniently build up various size suspension dynamics model and obtain all kinds of analysis curve reflecting the performance of suspension system through the analysis and calculation. By this way, product development cycle and the cost of product development are obviously reduced, the quality and performance of products are obviously improved, which is helpful to improve the autonomous brand and has a positive role in enhancing the autonomous development ability.
