In recent years, non-heating region of southern cities began to requireheating in winter. The heating season is short and the building heating load issmall make the electric-heating develop quickly in these cities. Especially, thecarbon crystal electric heating system which characteristic is clean, easily-controland fast response time is being paid more and more attention.By analyzing the carbon crystal panel and traditional electric heating system,the advange of carbon crystal heating system is obtained. Intermittent heating ofcarbon crystal panel is put forward to be used for the office buildings. By thecombined method of experiment and simulation to research it. First, this papertests the surface temperature, resistance stability and power stability.This paper uses the combined method of experiment and simulation toresearch the intermittent heating of carbon crystal panel. First, by testing theelectrical conductivity and heat property of carbon crystal panel, thecharacteristics of better resistance stability、power stability and fast warming areobtained. In the lab, test the intermittent heating, the trend of rising temperaturewhich is from down to up, from walls to the middle and air are obtained. At thesame time, by testing the floor surface and aer temperature, it can find the floorsurface temperature is more evenly distributed and the maximum temperaturedoes not exceed3℃.This paper built the floor surface temperature equation and heat balanceequation to form the unsteady heat transfer model of intermittent heating. Therelationship between heat and preheating time of carbon crystal panelintermittent heating is calculated by the Matlab software. So it can determines thestart and stop time and the equipment capacity. On the basis, the intermittentheating of carbon crystal panel is simulated by using the FLUENT software. Bymaking comparision between the experimental results, the theoretical results andsimulation results, the results are rather identical is got and intermittent heatingmodel which are built in this paper is proved right.It provides a basis for theresearch about intermittent heating. Finally, by analyzing the applicability of carbon crystal panel intermittentheating in different climate zones, it can obtain that it is very suitable for thesummer and cold winter region. In addition, compared with the continuous heating,energy-saving rate can reach38.8%.This paper provides theoretical basis and technical support for theengineering design of intermittent heating system of carbon crystal panel in thecivil heating field.
