To adapt the need of space mission, the proposal of Operationally Responsive Space has provided the design of spacecraft with new ideas of miniaturization, fast speed and standardization. Recently, the standardization of small satellite and micro-satellite has become an important issue in the study of spacecrafts all over the world and the realization of the standardization of the interface of on-board electronic system and Data Communication Protocol (DCP) is an indispensible and important for the standardization of satellite. Based on such background, this thesis has designed a set of DCP for on-board electronic system and a program about the standardization of interface.In the thesis, the standardized data communication protocol and interface of on-board electronic system are researched and preliminarily implemented, and at the same time, functions of the protocol and the interface proposed and designed in the thesis are verified through the demonstration system. Firstly, based on satellite topological structure of bus model and SOIS protocol, DCP of on-board electronic system is hierarchically researched and preliminarily designed, and the frame structure of the link is proposed and given specific definition. And then, in order to realize the protocol of physical layer and data link layer, the hardware interface circuit is designed, including bus interface, the Ethernet interface and other peripheral interface circuit, and its specific design process is given in the thesis. According to the satellite structure of multiple buses, a bus controller is designed and implemented with FPGA in the interface circuit. Finally, the thesis selects the function of image transmission in high speed bus in the demonstration system as the test plan to test and verify the designed DCP and interface circuit.This thesis focuses on the preliminary design of standardized DCP for the on-board satellite system and the design, realization and functional verification of the interface in perspective of electrical standard. The standardization of on-board electronic system is a huge and complicated project. The thesis aims to enhance the reliability of the data communication, the coordination of device interface and promote the progress of standardization of on-board electronic system.
